TUMO Labs is running a 12-week Technology Incubation Program focused on GreenTech. The program aims to empower the next generation of innovators to tackle sustainability challenges. Designed for ambitious young people, it’s all about equipping participants with the tools, skills, and confidence to turn their ideas into reality.

Gain the fundamental skills needed to kickstart your startup idea, validate your initial proposal, test your team, find new members, and craft a winning pitch. TUMO Labs will provide comprehensive support—from designing your business model to identifying the ideal acceleration program and securing investment opportunities.

Important Dates

Application Deadline: March 5
Ideathon Days: March 15-16
Incubation Program: March 31 – June 20

Program Highlights:

  • Ideation: Jumpstart your entrepreneurial journey by brainstorming and refining ideas with guidance from industry mentors. 40 people will be selected to participate in the Ideathon event.
  • Incubation: Participate in a hands-on, 12-week program to develop GreenTech solutions with expert support. 24 out of 40 will be selected for the Incubation.
  • Pre-Acceleration: The top teams advance to scale their ideas with mentorship, resources, and funding opportunities.

Who Can Apply?

If you are interested in green technologies, sustainable fashion or tourism, circularity, resource efficiency, or clean energy, and you have a diverse background and a desire to explore the world of entrepreneurship, then this project is for you. You can apply as a team or as an individual. Teams will be mixed for the Ideathon event, and new teams will be formed during the Incubation stage. You may apply with or without an idea, as you will be ideating and validating concepts from scratch.

Requirements

  • Interest in GreenTech and sustainability.
  • Commitment to the 48-hour Ideathon and 12-week Incubation.
  • Ability to work in a team and participate in group activities.

Applicants must complete this application in its entirety to be considered for acceptance as participants in the TUMO Labs GreenTech Incubation Program, operated by TUMO Labs. All eligible applicants will be interviewed by TUMO Labs staff or a designated coach.

Participants are required to attend all events designed to enhance their chances of success. This includes weekly meetings with their business consultant or coach, as well as participation in entrepreneurial speaker events and training workshops. Attendance at these meetings and events is mandatory.

Teams must commit to dedicating 15–25 hours per week.

All applicants must possess an intermediate to advanced level of English.

The program has been financed through the Private Sector Development and Technical Vocational Education and Training in Armenia project, commissioned by the German Government and implemented by GIZ.
